Who we are

Chiriq Studio designs printable digital products (party games, classroom activities and planners) sold in the Etsy shop etsy.com/shop/ChiriqStudio. Chiriq Studio also uses a private publishing tool (“Chiriq Studio Publisher”) to post its own products on its own Pinterest business account.

Summary

• We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
• Purchases, payments and file delivery happen on Etsy. Etsy’s own privacy policy applies to your Etsy account and payment data.
• Our Pinterest tool only works with our own Pinterest account. It does not collect data about other Pinterest users.

Etsy shop

When you buy from our Etsy shop, Etsy shares with us the order details needed to complete and support your purchase (for example your name or Etsy username, the items purchased, and messages you send us). We use this information only to fulfil the order, answer your questions and keep the records required by law (for example tax and accounting). Your payment card details are handled by Etsy and are never shared with us. See Etsy’s Privacy Policy.

Chiriq Studio Publisher (Pinterest)

Chiriq Studio Publisher is a private, single-user tool. It connects only to the Chiriq Studio Pinterest business account through Pinterest’s official API (OAuth), creates boards and publishes Pins of our own products, each linking to the matching Etsy listing, and reads basic statistics of our own Pins and boards.

• The access tokens for our own account are stored securely on our own computer and are never shared.
• The tool does not read, store or process personal data of other Pinterest users.
• Pinterest’s own privacy policy applies to your use of Pinterest: policy.pinterest.com/privacy-policy.

Legal basis and retention

We process order data to perform the purchase contract and to meet legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)). We keep it only as long as needed for these purposes and as required by tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing, by writing to kontakt@dr-selva.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in Poland: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).

Children

Our products are bought by adults (parents, teachers, party hosts). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
